Chemical composition
A glycoside called Lauroglossin is found in different species of Orchis especially O. Latifolia at 0.0055%.
In a grain made from tuber defecation called orchis, there are a lot of enamel materials and a substance similar to Arabic Gum, about 25% of starch and 5% of sugar, and a small amount of mineral salts and a small amount of essential oil that after drying.
